Product Introduction

LC3522D is a three-phase hybrid step motor drive designed based on DSP control. It is a new generation digital step motor drive composed of advanced DSP control chip and three-phase inverter drive module. The drive voltage is AC185~300V, which is suitable for various types of three-phase hybrid step motors being subject to the current below 7.0A and outer diameter within 86~110mm. The internal circuit of the drive is similar to that based on the servo control principle. This circuit can make the motor run smoothly and reduce the noise greatly. At a high velocity, the torque of the motor is much higher than that of two-phase and five-phase hybrid step motors. The positioning accuracy can reach 60,000 steps/r at most. This product is widely used in engraving machines, medium-sized CNC machine tools, computer embroidery machines, packaging machinery and other large and medium-sized CNC equipment with high resolution.

Driver wiring and size drawing (unit:mm)



1. Input voltage shall not be higher than 220V AC;
2. Input control signal level is 5V or 24V.
3. Falling edge of input pulse signal is effective;
4. When temperature of the Driver exceeds 80 ℃, the Drive will stop, failure indicator light ALM will illuminate till temperature drops to 50 ℃, the Driver will run again after being restarted. Radiator shall be installed when over-heat protection occurs.
5.Over-current (load short-circuit) failure indicator light ALM illuminates, wiring and other short circuit failures of motor shall be checked, after failure is eliminated, re-power on to restore.
6.Motor failure indicator light ALM does not illuminate, wiring of motor shall be checked, after failure is eliminated, re-power on to restore.
